12 of 12 target keywords on page one, in six weeks

A referee's vanishing spray with no category to be found in. One launch — a WooCommerce store, Amazon and eBay channels, and an SEO campaign — built on the premise that the product had to be explained before it could be sold.

The approach

  1. A store built to teach, not just sell

The product had to be explained before it could be sold, so the site leads with an explainer and in-use photography rather than a product grid. WooCommerce underneath, with variations for the original and club-branded foam.

  2. Two audiences on one store

Professional and club referees and the home market addressed separately — a dedicated Pro-Fade At Home section opening a second market rather than treating grassroots as an afterthought.

  3. Amazon and eBay as launch channels

Listings established on both marketplaces alongside the store, so the launch reached buyers already searching instead of waiting for the site to be found.

  4. An SEO campaign with a target list

Longtail terms chosen for a category nobody was searching for yet, then worked until they ranked — twelve of twelve on page one within six weeks.

The result

12 / 12target keywords ranked page one
