A brand that had outgrown Facebook, given a shop of its own.
A handmade cosmetics brand selling through Facebook alone. A full WooCommerce store took the range online — seven product categories, scent subcategories, shipping zones and a local delivery radius, with the catalogue handed over in a form the client could run herself.

A shop the client could actually run
- A catalogue with room for scent
Candle melts, bath bombs, bath salts, body scrubs, goat-milk soaps, oil burners and a kids range — with melts split again by scent family, so a browser could arrive wanting “floral” rather than a product name.
- Checkout that handles local reality
PayPal Express with UK shipping zones alongside free local delivery inside a 15–20 mile radius — the delivery a small NI brand actually does, rather than a national default.
- Filtering and galleries per category
Price filtering and sorting on every category, multi-view product galleries, quantity controls and coupon codes — the shop mechanics that decide whether a basket gets finished.
- Handed over, not handed off
Product data exported to a spreadsheet the client could edit, a coming-soon mode while stock was built up, and FAQ, delivery and returns pages written so questions stopped arriving by message.
