Content updates are text and image changes — new pages and features are quoted as projects. Hours don’t roll over. Cancel any time with 30 days’ notice. Your domain stays in your name and the site goes with you if you leave.

Before you ask

Common questions.

Do we need to provide the content?

Ideally, yes — you know your business best, and we’ll send a simple brief to fill in. Whatever you provide, we review and polish before it goes anywhere near the page.

Can we update the site ourselves?

Yes. Every site is WordPress with a straightforward editing panel, and we walk you through it at handover. The care plans exist for everything beyond basic changes.

How does payment work?

50% deposit to start, 50% on completion before launch. Staged payments can be arranged for larger projects. Care plans are monthly — cancel any time with 30 days’ notice.

What if we’re not sure which tier fits?

That’s what the conversation is for. Tell us what you’re building and we’ll tell you which tier fits — including if the answer is that you don’t need us yet.

Do you work outside Northern Ireland?

Yes — the work is remote-first, with clients across Ireland and the UK. Location has never been an obstacle.

Is the care plan compulsory?

On a new build, yes. £79 a month covers the private server, updates, security, backups and half an hour of changes. It’s how the site stays in the condition we delivered it. If you only want hosting and updates with no changes, that’s the £49 Essential plan — we use it for rescues and Starter sites, not new custom builds. Studio is an upgrade, not a requirement.

Do we own the site?

Yes. Your domain is in your name, the content is yours, and if you ever leave, everything goes with you.
